  • Downloaded the series this afternoon, and have just tried the backbend practice. Loved it, I am a flexible-ish beginner but want to get into a daily practice so this was perfect, thanks!
P.S. You two sounded great, you complement each other well.

    Hi!
I have been doing your morning flow routine for the last few days and i love it. It is quite challenging for me (i have only dabbled in yoga before) and am 7 months post c section so i really dont have strong abs so im finding the plank parts are hurting my back, any suggestions for a modification?
Would love to see you guys do a post natal yoga for restrengthening baby stretched abs too!! :-D

    • If the plank parts are difficult, lower onto your knees! Stay on your knees for any chaturanga pushups too. If your arms aren’t ready for pushups, feel free to just hold the plank on your knees, skip the vinyasa, and just lift your hips up into downward facing dog at the end of the vinyasa. Please work at your own level! Good for you—recovering from a c-section is very difficult.
