Join Two Fit Moms for a one-day Yoga & Wellness Retreat on Sunday, July 10th at Real Hot Yoga in Englewood, NJ.

This day-long event will run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. It will feature:

– A 2-hour inversion workshop hosted by Laura Kasperzak, co-founder, Two Fit Moms

– A gourmet brown bag luncheon and yoga social

– A Gaiam pop-up shop featuring the new Two Fit Moms yoga apparel

– A nutrition demonstration led by Kate Alexander, lead food blogger, Two

Fit Moms

– A full body flow hosted by Masumi Goldman, co-founder, Two Fit Moms,

followed by a yin yoga experience and yoga nidra and discussion.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Sunday & Wednesday Classes

Each week, Yoga in the World yoga school hosts Laura at their studio within the North Jersey Muay Thai training center.

Please join her for a 75-minute yoga class.  All levels of experience are welcome.  Remember to bring a yoga mat, towel and water.  You do not need to pre-register for these classes!  If you do not own a yoga mat, please don’t let that stop you from coming to class!

Tuesday Classes

Every Tuesday, you have two opportunities to practice with Masumi in a heated room!  Enjoy a 1-hour yoga flow that is appropriate for all levels of experience.  Please bring your mat, towel and water.  A non-slip yoga mat or a yoga mat towel is highly recommended for this hot yoga experience.  For more information, please contact Real Hot Yoga in Englewood, NJ.
